Job Responsibilities
. Act as the primary point of contact for internation all patients seeking medical treatment in China
. Communicate fluently in both Chinese and Englishwith patients, their families and referral agents
· Coordinate hospital appointments, doctor consult
·Assist with visa documentation, travel arrangements, airport transfers and accommodation bookings
·Provide on-site interpreting and translation support during hospital visits.
·Offer emotional support to ensure a seamless, stress-free experience for patients from arrival throughto recovery.
·Maintain patient records and monitor post-treatment care
Requirements.
·Fluent in both Chinese and English.
·Proficiency in less commonly taught languages is an advantage
·Excellent interpersonal, communication and proble m-solving skills.
·Experience in customer service, hospitality, healthcare or medical tourism is preferred
·Compassionate, patient and culturally sensitive
·Able to multitask and work under pressure
·Willing to travel to local hospitals as required

工作职责
作为国际患者来华就医的主要联络点·用中英文流利地与患者、患者家属和转诊代理人沟通
·协调医院预约、医生会诊和治疗计划·协助办理签证文件、旅行安排、机场接送和住宿预订
·在医院就诊期间提供现场口译和笔译支持
·提供情感支持，确保患者从到达到康复的无缝、无压力的体验·维护患者档案，跟踪治疗后护理
要求
·中英文流利
·会小语种优先优秀的人际交往、沟通和解决问题的能力有客户服务、酒店、医疗保健或医疗旅游工作经验者优
